Paths 2026

Political Magic

Facilitators: Caduceus and Claudia Nymphenkuss

Path Description  COBALT

“Our practice arises from a deep, spiritual commitment to the earth, to healing and to the linking of magic with political action.”—Reclaiming’s Principles of UnityOur tradition is rooted in political action – but what does that mean? In this path we’ll explore the deep history of the linking of magic and political action – both before and within Reclaiming. We’ll explore how we use magic and spirituality to sustain us in our work and empower us at demonstrations and activism. We’ll use magic to explore our calling and explore who our communities are, how we can support them through magical action and where spells can help us to reach our goals. Of course there is protection magic, but also glamour magic, working with mysterious ones, divination, and warding. We’ll taste the flavors of our ever-evolving soup and look at what ingredients each of us might bring—not every political action requires everyone to be a drummer! We’ll also explore rituals for political magic and how to avoid burnout and watchful gazes. Join us for action! Politische

The Fragrant Path: Plant Alchemy and the Scented Mysteries

Facilitators: Ylfa  Moon Dancer and Megan Dragon

Path Description  COBALT

Long before written spells and sacred texts, the ancient ones knew the languages of the living world. They dreamed and listened to whispers carried on the wind, the fragrance of flowers opening beneath the sun and stars, the scent of earth after rain, and earthy wisdom held within roots, resins, bark, seeds and fruits. Scent was among the first forms of magick, a bridge between spirit and matter, memory and mystery. Aromatic plants and their wisdom add unique flavours to the Stone Soup.

Come travel with us into the sensual and makical art of plant alchemy through the wisdom of the Green Ones and the mysteries of astrology, elemental magic and ritual. Working together with aromatic plant allies, planetary correspondences and archetypal energies, we explore how we awaken intuition, dream in dark and in forest and learn from the ancient ones.

We will be crafting our unique essences for the Stone Soup and aromatic talismans infused with the wisdom of community - plants, stars and witches. Together we are brewing new ways!

Please gather with care and respect a few of your magical green allies such as a fresh aromatic plant, dried herb, essential oil, infused oil, aromatic water or plant images. Please bring divination tools, art supplies and a journal.

Elements of Magic is desirable.

Care Magic: Co-creating a recipe for resilient communities

Facilitators:  Tere and Bouquet (Galen Sunshine)

Path description: (18+) SCARLET

Interdependence. Boundaries. Vulnerability. Integrity. Creativity. These are the 5 points of the Care Pentacle. To care and be cared for is how we live. Through this lens we will explore such questions as: How do we build communities that are strengthened through conflict and repair? How can we support each other in living into our values? How can we get really, really good at receiving care? How do we find our way to pleasure together? How do we notice and celebrate abundance and pleasure alongside our suffering? The Care Pentacle came through Bouquet Sunshine right on time, in February of 2020. Over the last six years, this magic has supported Reclaiming communities across the world through tumultuous times. It is a tool that supports us in breaking our isolation and finding each other again. It invites us to bring our magic into community and bravely be witnessed and held with care. This path will be rooted in the disability magic that the Care Pentacle grew out of. We will move slow. We will take breaks. We will lay down. We will honor and respect our bodyminds. Bring your questions, your open heart, your crunchy frustrations and stir our communal pot of mystery with care.

Brewing Stone Soup ~ Creating the Witch Community of Your Dreams

Facilitators: Jane Meredith and Silen Silvertongue

Path Description SCARLET

Do you long for a coven, a magical circle, a local WitchCamp, or people to celebrate the sabbats with? How do we start with just a stone and a cauldron and call in a community around us to brew the soup of our dreams? WorldWide WitchCamp is a mystical three days a year between-the-worlds event where we create and experience Reclaiming community across the globe. How could we take some of that home with us? What is your cauldron? What is your ingredient? What are you calling out for?In this path we will explore our personal needs and desires for magical community. We’ll aim to develop tools and create a map to move forward with our dreams. We’ll dive into the nuts and bolts of consensus, then use consensus in real time to decide what activities and content to explore the following day. For example: somatic embodiment tools, sharing our visions, exploring our sense of belonging, finding allies, working with Iron and Pearl, community Q & A, and moving from inspiration to a plan. On the third day we’ll work magic together and support each other to create plans of action as we get ready to serve the soup! Let’s build resilience and skills so that we leave this camp inspired, encouraged and empowered to pursue our audacious wishes and bring our stone soup to the world. Elements ~ would be nice to have but not essential.

The Things We Carry

Facilitators: Coyote and Delyla Dogwoman

Path Description SCARLET

As each of us walk through the world we come to carry different things - both physical and intangible. They are the tools, treasures, and baggage that come to define our experiences. Some of the things we carry change throughout our lives as we change and some stick with us from incarnation to incarnation. In this path we will examine what we are carrying with us and how those things serve us in our present realities. Through spiritual exploration we will work to identify and shed the magical, mental and physical baggage that is weighing us down while intentionally charging those things that support us in our life and purpose. In the story of the stone soup, it is that rock in the traveller’s pocket that acts as the physical and magical catalyst for all that hope to find fruition. That smooth rock, likely softened by the traveller’s hand as they rubbed it while walking from door to door, was charged with their hopes and dreams. When we walk through this world we all have our stones ripened with our own magic. So, join Delyla and Coyote as we venture deep into our hearts and our pockets to discover, explore and choose the things we carry.

Harvesting Our Screams to Energize Our Workings

Facilitators: BrightFlame and Sam Wise

Path Description: 18+ SCARLET

How can we harvest our built-up rage, grief, and other emotions to power our spells, our workings, our projects? To make our work vibrate with urgency? In this path, we will explore the screams that shake all the worlds. What is raging in the deep places inside of us, fighting to be expressed? How can we join our scream with the screams of others in a cry of power?  This is a path about transforming separate emotions into shared nourishment, solidarity, and purposeful action.

Through a combination of trance, ritual, and off-camera creative work, we will each give voice to our own "scream" through the method and medium that best expresses what we need to express. We will feel into these screams—that may express as art, movement, or other forms rather than as vocal screams—and experience the energy carried within. We will practice supporting others' energy without absorbing it. Together we will explore ways of connecting to the screams of our communities, our non-human neighbors, and our planet as we raise and shape collective energy. We will explore means of refilling our own energy reserves for this critical work, knowing community will hold the work when we step back. We will join our voices together as a force for change across all the worlds.

Replenishing the Diviners’ Cauldrons: an intuitive reboot for fortune-tellers

Facilitators: Christopher/Phoibos and Fortuna

Path Description (18+) GOLD

Dearest Diviners: how are you feeling at the end of Empire? Unsure? Unable - or unwilling - to read the symbols? Time for a reboot: Welcome to the radical readings that emerge from you, the Cauldron of Poesy.

The Tower of Empire is collapsing, so that the Star of hope may rise. Can we collect a stone from the falling Tower - a relic of Empire - and cleanse and repurpose it into the cornerstone of our ‘psychic soup’? Can we catch the inspiration of our own Star, and refill our vessels with motivation, joy, connection and power? In this path we will take stock of our fortune-telling powers, using the traditional wisdom and transcendent teachings of the Three Cauldrons of Poesy (the Celtic lore of Amergin Glúingel). Each day of path, we will examine how our personal cauldrons are simmering - what they may need, and what they may yield. Beyond the Cauldrons, we’ll look at the healing principle of the Stone, used by mystics traditional and contemporary. We invite the diviners of our craft, the card slingers and rune-wise, the ogham-knowing and the i-ching sage (and those at the beginning of their oracular practices); and all witches and workers who are seeking to nourish new beginnings and nurture community, to join us. We’ll move through daily ritual, practice and group trance; storytelling, sharing of Mysteries, gentle and accessible movement, and (non-verbal) chants to call in power; and especially practice our divination (for self and others) in break-out sessions that enable us to ‘reboot’ our intuitive powers and deliver radical, relentless, and really useful readings. Please bring a journal and writing and/or drawing materials, your divination tools, a small cup (for making kala), and whatever will make you comfortable and happy in an online path. ‘Replenishing the Cauldrons’ is most suitable for 18+ Elements of Magic’ would be nice although not essential.

The Cauldron of Secrets

Facilitators: Lilo Assenci and Yuki Fae

Path Description  18+ GOLD

Like something out of a fairy tale, a mysterious figure emerges from the dark forest toward the melancholy town, bearing a cauldron filled with secrets. Eager to share the contents of their magical satchel with everyone, they turn the town square into a kitchen and their pot into a crossroads where encounters, threads of magic, and enchantment converge. For three days, we will gather around the Cauldron of Secrets, dancing confidently alongside the Soup-Maker and learning a world-changing magic from them. As we gather spells, mysteries, words, stories, songs, voices, movements, and power, we discover that the ingredients were with us all along! Through trance work, aspecting, magical dreamwork, music, storytelling, energy work, and ecstatic practices, we will step into the tale of Stone Soup and become part of this magical narrative, guided by the Soup-Maker and our communities.

Sancocho: Soup for the soul: Stone Soup Samhain Path of Ancestors, Memory and Mestiza Magic

Facilitators: Ezili Amada,Quetzal, Lugh, Saraswati

Path Description (18+)  GOLD

Pick up a stone. We will bear the cauldron. We will meet around Stone Soup through a Latin American lens: sancocho, a communal soup where many hands, stories, memories, ancestors and flavors come together during this three-day Samhain Path. Inspired by the eclectic and mestiza magic of Templo de Brighid, this Path honors Samhain as a liminal threshold where death is not an end, but a gateway to memory, transformation and ancestral wisdom. Campers can immerse themselves in the whole three-day arc, or jump in where they feel most called. Each session will be a full ritual experience and will serve the greater cauldron. We will work with stone, thread and table: the stone to hold what weighs us down and what endures; the thread, with the presence of the Moirai, to weave, measure and cut what no longer sustains our way; and the table to honor our ancestors of blood, spirit, land, craft and chosen lineages, including those who departed without farewell. This Path is a fusion of Caribbean, African diasporic and European ancestral memory in a common pot. We will honor the dead through ritual, storytelling, guided practice, grief work, embodied celebration and the spirit of carnival without making them into sorrow. We also want to dedicate this work as an honorable farewell to the beloved ones that we have lost in the recent earthquakes, to ask the ancestral guardians of Coquivacoa, in Venezuela, and the Earth itself, to receive them gently and to guide them in peace. We will feed memory; we will bless the dead and we will live again with more fire.
