2023 Prices
Our pricing is structured to make our camp financially accessible. This means that we have different payment regions, accounting for different economics and histories around the globe, as well as different rates in each zone, depending on attendees' individual life circumstances. By people who are in secure employment and circumstances paying the standard rate, or even donating to our scholarship fund on top of the standard rate, helps ensure that folks from more marginalized regions or communities can still attend, while ensuring our camp is able to continue into the future. What do my enrollment fees cover?
Fees allow for as much participation in the full weekend of magic as you’d like. This includes all rituals, as well as paths, optional offerings, and affinity groups, which are not concurrent.
These fees are still a bit much for me. Can I still attend?
Some folks may find the above fee structure difficult. For you we offer scholarships and financial aid. Please reach out to us at registration@worldwidewitchcamp.com and let us know you’d like to explore options.
I would like to donate to the scholarship fund. How can I do that?
After you register, you will be given the option to donate additional funds on top of the rate you have already selected. If you have already registered, but did not donate at that time, or did but would like to donate more, please contact us at registration@worldwidewitchcamp.com.
