Alex Spurlock

Turtle Island, California

(she/they)

Alex is a Reclaiming teacher and priestex living on unceded Kashaia lands in Santa Rosa, CA. They currently work on a Reclaiming Lorekeeping project called Reclaiming’s Spiral Web Podcast and continue to have a passion for accessibility in general and within the tradition. Finding what we each have to bring and throw into the stone soup to make our communities work is a perfect theme for her third and final year on the Ritual Arc Team for this camp. She looks forward to making this powerful, sustainable magic together..

Stephen Pocock

Turtle Island, California
(he/him)

Stephen Pocock is an Aotearoa-born immigrant to Turtle Island, where he lives with his partner and cat. They currently live in the unceded territories of the Southern Pomo and Coastal Miwok. He is or has been an actor, director, cook, alchemist, soothsayer, protester, producer, teacher and ritualist. Stephen came to Reclaiming in 2015 attending classes, rituals and camps. Continuing on this path led to him being an initiate and then a teacher in this tradition in both camps and classes. In addition to teaching and ritual, he also delves deeply into other currents and offshoots of Traditional Witchcraft as well as the syncretic magic of late antiquity, weaving them together in “organized entropic spellwork.” Mirth and Reverence forms the axis around which his spirit revolves. Stephen joined this Ritual Arc Team last year and looks forward to making WorldWide magic!
