Daring to Fall in Love with Ourselves: By Curved Mirror and Open Shell

As She looked into the curved mirror of black space, She saw by her own light her radiant reflection and fell in love with it. What do you see when you look in the mirror these days? What do you wish you might see and know and (possibly) even fall (back) into love with? 

Star Goddess, you who birth worlds, meet us in trance so that we might learn to create worlds ourselves: worlds of wonder and awe. Aphrodite, born out of chaos, meet us in the mirror to know and hold ourselves in all our parts, to fill ourselves swollen with love that we might birth love in every breath, in every song we sing. Hope, a close friend of love, meet us in the space between time and place to expand our capacity for magick, activism, creativity, and the ongoing disruption of oppressive systems. Hope, the great motivator and often quiet instigator, remind us that there is something possible if only we show up as we can. As we are. Take our hand and lead the way.

This is a path of immersion and experience, a path of collaboration and connection to fuel collective and individual action. We envision opportunities for deep witnessing and interactions, inspiring ongoing reflection, which will move out into the world with action plans, accountability partners, and reinvigorated hope. Together, we will dance from love to growth to desire and back again. For all seeks to return to love.

Pleasure Path

The Star Goddess, seeing her reflection in the deep inkiness of space, fell so in love with herself that she exploded with pleasure; creating all of the stars, planets, and mystery that exists in the deepest reaches of space. That first orgasm, that first act of self love, continues to live within each of us, as we are all made of that same star dust. That first act of pleasure is what made all life possible. 

In this path we are going to explore pulling pleasure out of thin air as well as intentionally setting time aside for planned pleasure and ecstatic moments. We will dance with our personal relationship with pleasure and see how we might better relate to it. We will talk about the ways in which pleasure is a resistance and form of freedom and how many marginalized folks have been barred from experiencing the pleasure we all deserve. Together we will explore our fears, our enthusiastic yeses, trust, and embodied pleasure. 

Using trance, song, reflection and embodied exploration we will work with questions such as:

• What does pleasure mean to you? 

• How does pleasure look in community? 

• How can we harness the power of pleasure in our devotions? 

• How can we intentionally expand our sensual awareness and bring pleasure into our spiritual lives?   

As this is an online community experience, we will be dipping into the mysteries of this magick over the interwebs. We will create our sacred circle outside of time and space, allowing the path to unfold across the globe. There will be no requirement of on-camera nudity or sexual acts. Come and play with us.

Songs of the Lands
with SusanneRae and Urania

Beneath the curved mirror of space - the great yawning depths. We reach out, up and across to each other and ask: What is the story of this place? What does it have to teach us? How can we know it? How at this time of great upheaval do we reach into the earth and connect?

We begin where we are. On the land we stand, sleep, eat and live on now. We look backwards to our own past tracing the lands we have known, finding what we have left there, how the land has imprinted itself within us. Then further back to our known ancestors, then further to the near ancestors and then to the far ancestors. We are their dream and their hope alive, now. What do we do with such a precious gift?

We listen. Perhaps for the first time we listen to the land we are on. 

This path will explore connection to land through bodily awareness, observation and art. Over three sessions we will make connection to the places we are currently living on as well as to our ancestral lands. Explore the rhythms of night, day, the seasons and the stars and develop magical skills to live, breath and love on the land.

Weaving Connection for Fractured Worlds
with Morgana and BrightFlame

The Star Goddess calls us back to healthy renewal and nourishment in Solidarity with others on this path. We look into the Black Mirror to help heal the Fractured Worlds. As we integrate all of our parts, we become more whole and human. We deepen connections that will sustain and strengthen us in a shifting age. We create a just, regenerative world, as we explore the Living Web that surrounds us. 

This path is informed by the Great Turning*, within the vortex that we now find ourselves. We work with urgency, as together, we find connections and tools to heal ourselves and the Living Web. We join with the Star Goddess and become advocates in creating the futures that we desire for the Earth.

This is an experiential path that will include embodied practice, aligning our souls, trance journeys, various forms of running energy and widening/deepening our perception - and connecting with Mystery. 

*Joanna Macy’s work on the Great Turning in her books including Active Hope: How to Face the Mess We’re in Without Going Crazy. This work and others have resonated with the Pentacle of The Great Turning in Reclaiming.

While experience with Reclaiming-style ecstatic practice will be helpful, there is no prerequisite for this path.

Though witches rarely agree on any doctrine or liturgy, The Charge of the Goddess has captured the pagan imagination. Our passionate love of the planet, devotion to what is holy, community ethics, and our connection to our deepest selves are all beautifully captured in these words. 

In this path, we tease apart this love letter to witchcraft to live inside its poetry. Working with the Goddess in all Their many gendered forms, we will trance, dream, discuss, write, and play with this profound piece. Which lines and words will inspire our magical craft? Where will this Charge of the Goddess resonate most in your body and life in this global moment? 

Elements of Magic is a prerequisite for this path.

Convidamos as bruxas a se juntarem durante dois dias, sábado e domingo, no caminho “Vivendo a criação da Deusa Estrela: Arte, Transe e Sonhos” das 13 às 16 horas BRT (horário de Brasília). Vamos juntes atravessar os portões da Sabedoria e do Amor.

Mergulharemos no transe ritual, alinhando todas as nossas partes para que juntes possamos visionar um futuro melhor para a humanidade. Trabalharemos magicamente com o mundo onírico, incubando sonhos para que eles cresçam e se espalhem pelo mundo. Com as bênçãos da Deusa Estrela, vamos imergir em seu mito e faremos a magia que muda todos os mundos.

Children of Earth and Stars

When the Great Star Goddess first came, bringing forth all beings from Hir divine pleasure, the iron of the universe became the iron in the earth and stars, becoming the iron in our blood, singing with the song of desire and love and devotion. This is our birthright as children of the Earth and Stars.

Drink in the energy of the Iron Pentacle and reawaken the divine fire in our blood that strengthens us. Drink in the celestial wisdom of love through the Pearl Pentacle and open to the connection of self and community. Then, bring these energies together and forge your own Pentacle of Devotion to move you deeper into relationship with your own magic and life.

In three interwoven sessions we will re-member ourselves as the children of the Divine. We will engage in transformational processes using tools such as trance, divination and spellworking to explore the energies of Iron and Pearl brought to us from creation of our multiverse. We will begin to learn how these energies weave together to entice from our being a deeper understanding of our own devotional practice, and learn skills to take this work out into our daily lives.

Dreaming your Wild Self into Action

How do you remember and work with the wisdom of your dreams? By what Starlight Mysteries can you converse with the Wild and draw upon the electric threads of your connections? Where do you belong in this living web? Dare you welcome the magic of potent love?

Wise, wild and curious… this is a path through dreams to Starlight Mystery! Dreaming the Wild Self into Action is a path of witness, one of intentional listening, a potent call to celebrate the wild one and step into purposeful action. Participants will hone their dreaming skills, draw the strings of earth, sea and sky together as we navigate deepening mysteries within our wild selves. We will work with reflection as magical insight, journey through paradox to pleasure, exploring the wisdom of dreaming the wild self awake. Employing all of our senses we will journey alongside the Blue, Green and Red ones. This is a bold and fully participatory Path!
